Editorial Standards and Publication Policy

Last Updated: February 14, 2026

At CryptoEmotion.in, we don’t just “post content.” We build a library of financial and government knowledge meant to empower the average Indian citizen. Whether we are discussing the PM Surya Ghar Yojana or breaking down tax implications, our publication process is designed to prevent errors and maximize trust.

Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) guidelines are not just suggestions for us—they are the foundation of every word we publish. This document explains the “How” and “Why” behind our publications.

1. Our Core Editorial Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple: Accuracy over Speed. In the race to be first, many blogs publish unverified news. We refuse to do that. If a government scheme is announced at 10:00 AM, we will not publish at 10:05 AM with half-baked information. We wait until the official PDF (Gazette) is released so that we can give you the truth, not a rumor.

The Three Pillars of Our Content

  1. Human-Centric Writing: We write for people, not robots. We avoid “diplomatic” or vague language. If a scheme is difficult to apply for, we say it’s difficult.

  2. No-Fluff Policy: We don’t use filler words to hit word counts. Every sentence must provide value.

  3. Data Integrity: Every number, percentage, or date is cross-referenced with official sources.

2. The Lifecycle of a Publication

The journey from a “topic idea” to a live article on CryptoEmotion.in involves six distinct stages. This ensures that the final piece of content is authoritative and helpful.

Stage 1: Topic Selection (The Relevance Test)

We don’t cover everything. We only publish content that falls within our expertise:

  • Government Schemes (Central & State): Solar subsidies, farmer benefits, and student scholarships.

  • Personal Finance: Tax savings, GST updates, and banking literacy.

  • Digital Literacy: Safely navigating government portals.

Stage 2: Primary Research (The Groundwork)

We do not use other blogs as our primary sources. Our research begins at:

  • Official Government Gazettes: Direct PDFs from ministries.

  • Press Information Bureau (PIB): For official statements from the Government of India.

  • RBI and SEBI Notifications: For financial and banking rules.

Stage 3: Drafting (The Human Element)

Our writers are instructed to write as if they are explaining the topic to a friend. We use simple English and avoid “uncommon” words that AI typically uses. We focus on:

  • Direct Answers: We answer the “What, Why, and How” in the first 200 words.

  • Step-by-Step Clarity: If we are writing about an application process, we verify each step on the live portal.

Stage 4: Fact-Checking (The Audit)

This is our most critical phase. An editor who did not write the article reviews it. They check:

  • Links: Do they lead to official .gov.in sites?

  • Dates: Is the deadline for the scheme correct?

  • Subsidy Math: Is the calculation for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy accurate based on the latest KW rates?

Stage 5: SEO and Rank Math Optimization

Once the content is verified, we optimize it for search engines without sacrificing readability. We ensure:

  • The Focus Keyword appears naturally.

  • Internal links connect to related guides.

  • External links point only to high-authority official sources.

Stage 6: Post-Publication Maintenance

Information dies if it isn’t updated. We review our top-performing articles every 30 days. If the government changes a subsidy rate, we update the article within 24 hours.

3. Sourcing and Citation Standards

Transparency is non-negotiable. If we state a fact, we show you where we got it.

Primary Sources Only

We prioritize the following sources for our Editorial Standards and Publication Policy:

  • Government Portals: india.gov.in, pmsuryaghar.gov.in, incometax.gov.in.

  • Direct Interviews: When possible, we talk to local vendors or bank officials to get “on-the-ground” information.

  • Official Reports: NITI Aayog or World Bank reports on Indian energy and finance.

Secondary Sources

We only use major news outlets (The Hindu, Economic Times, Indian Express) for context or “breaking news” updates, but we always look for the underlying official document before confirming the details.

4. Correction Policy

Humans make mistakes. When we do, we don’t hide them.

  • Minor Errors: If we find a typo or a broken link, we fix it immediately.

  • Major Errors: If we publish an incorrect date or financial figure, we update the article and add a “Correction Note” at the top of the page, explaining what was changed and why.

If you find an error on our site, we encourage you to contact us at admin@cryptoemotion.in. We take feedback seriously.

5. Why We Pivoted Away from Crypto News

To maintain our Editorial Standards and Publication Policy and comply with Google AdSense regulations, we made a strategic decision to move away from “breaking crypto news.”

  1. Risk Management: Cryptocurrency is a high-risk, volatile asset. Providing daily news can lead to financial loss for readers, which contradicts our mission of “Financial Safety.”

  2. Compliance: AdSense has strict rules regarding the promotion of unregulated financial assets. By focusing on Government Schemes and General Finance, we ensure our site stays in the “Green Zone” of Google’s policy.

  3. Expertise Alignment: Our team’s strength lies in navigating Indian bureaucracy and financial laws. We chose to double down on what we do best.

6. Visual Standards

A wall of text is useless. Our Publication Standards require:

  • Custom Graphics: We use Python-generated or custom-designed images to explain complex data.

  • Tables: We use tables to compare subsidies, tax slabs, and eligibility criteria.

  • Bullet Points: We break down long processes into bite-sized steps.

7. Audience Engagement Ethics

We don’t treat our readers as “traffic.” We treat them as a community.

  • No Clickbait: Our titles tell you exactly what is in the article. No “You won’t believe what the PM said!” nonsense.

  • Comment Moderation: We delete spam and promotional links. We only allow comments that add value to the discussion.

  • Data Privacy: We follow the DPDP Act 2026. Your data is yours, not ours to sell.

8. The “No AI Content” Pledge

Every article on CryptoEmotion.in is written by a human who has spent hours researching the topic. We do not use AI tools to generate our content for several reasons:

  • AI Hallucinations: AI often makes up dates and website URLs, which is dangerous for financial blogging.

  • Lack of Nuance: An AI doesn’t understand the local struggle of applying for a solar meter in a specific Indian state. A human writer does.

  • Google Penalty: Google prioritizes “Helpful Content” written by people with real-world experience
